The 2025 Salt Lake City Summer League presented by America First Credit Union will take place July 5, 7, and 8 at the Jon M. Huntsman Center on the University of Utah’s campus. The Jazz along with the Memphis Grizzlies, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Philadelphia 76ers will compete again this year in a six-game, round-robin event hosted by the Utah Jazz. Now in its 10th year, the Salt Lake City Summer League is held in association with Delta Air Lines, SeatGeek, and the Utah Sports Commission.
“Salt Lake City Summer League has become an annual summer staple in our community since its launch 10 years ago,” said Jonathan Rinehart, president of the Salt Lake City Stars and Salt Lake City Summer League. “While Delta Center undergoes renovations, we’re committed to preserving the tradition of the event and look forward to giving fans a first look at the highly anticipated 2025 draft class.”
Salt Lake City Summer League is an annual showcase of incoming rookies selected in that year’s NBA Draft, returning young roster players, and select free agents competing to make NBA and G League regular season rosters.
Three-day passes start as low as $50 (inclusive of taxes and fees) and give fans access to six games of the summer showcase, which is a prime chance to get a first look at the up-and-coming draft class. Passes are now available for purchase at SLCSummerLeague.com or on the Utah Jazz mobile app.
With Delta Center undergoing renovations this summer, the Jazz are moving their offseason festivities back to the Huntsman Center, where the SLC summer league was last held in 2017 during a previous arena remodel.
Notable alumni of past events include NBA All-Stars Jaren Jackson Jr., Donovan Mitchell, Dejounte Murray, Ben Simmons, Jayson Tatum, Jalen Williams, and Trae Young, as well as two-time NBA champion Derrick White. More recent standouts include Oklahoma City’s Chet Holmgren, the Grizzlies’ Jaylen Wells and Zach Edey, the 76ers’ Jared McCain, and Utah’s own Keyonte George, Walker Kessler, Brice Sensabaugh, Isaiah Collier, Kyle Filipowski, and Cody Williams.
The Salt Lake City Summer League will take place after the NBA Draft (June 25-26), and could feature five first-round draft picks including two lottery picks and six second round picks from the Jazz (No. 5, No. 21, No. 43 and No. 53), Sixers (No. 3 and No. 35), Thunder (No. 15, No. 24 and No. 44), and Grizzlies (No. 48 and No. 56).
The league previously announced that the 2025 NBA Summer League will be held in Las Vegas from July 10-20, with all 30 NBA teams participating.
Single-game ticket information, game schedule, and radio and television broadcast details will be announced at a later date.
