Stars Announce 2017-18 Regular Season Schedule

Salt Lake City will tip off season Nov. 3 in Austin; Home opener Nov. 8 vs. Wisconsin

SALT LAKE CITY (August 24, 2017) – The Salt Lake City Stars, the NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, announced today their schedule for the 2017-18 season. The Stars will play 24 home games at Bruin Arena on the Salt Lake Community College campus in Taylorsville.

The Stars, who compete in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference, will tipoff their second season on the road against the Austin Spurs on Nov. 3 before facing the Memphis Hustle on Nov. 5.

The team will play their first home game at Bruin Arena on Nov. 8 when they host the Wisconsin Herd. The regular season ends March 23 at home against the Reno Bighorns.

The Stars will play 40 games against the Western Conference and eight games against the Eastern Conference (four home/four away). The team will also travel to Mississauga, Canada, for two games at the annual NBA G League Showcase Jan. 18-22.

The month-by-month schedule breakdown includes 11 games in November (four home/seven road), 13 games in December (six home/seven road), nine games in January (five home/four road), seven games in February (four home/three road) and eight games in March (five home/three road). The Stars will have a seven-day extended break from February 14-20, with All-Star Weekend taking place February 16-18 in Los Angeles.

The team will play six back-to-back sets (one home/away, one home/home and four away/away). The longest road trip will happen from December 14-19 with a four game East Coast swing, while the longest home stretch of the season will feature seven games from Jan. 23-Feb. 8.

All 50 Stars games will be streamed live on www.slcstars.com. Twenty-one home games can also be heard on The Zone Sports Network (1280 AM, 97.5 FM).
